COOKIE CARE:
Your cookies stay fresh in their heat sealed bag for 1 week and a half.
DO NOT REFRIGERATE!
To Freeze:
Place cookies in an airtight container and put in freezer.
When ready to thaw, leave the container at room temperature without opening
it for at least 12 hours to ensure condensation doesn’t collect on the cookies.
Can be frozen for up to 3 months.

MACARON CARE:
Store macarons in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Bring tp room temp. 20-30 minutes before enjoying for the best flavor and texture. Consume within 3-5 days for optimal freshness. Freeze: To store longer, place macarons in an airtight container and freeze for up to 1 month. When ready to eat, transfer to the refrigerator for a few hours then bring to room temp.
